Teams and Conditions
1.Invoices must be paid in full before repairs, parts, or systems can be picked up.
2.Bitscomp is not responsible for loss of parts in transport. When using our prefered shipping methods we'll give you a tracking number. When using your prefered shipping method it is your responsabilty.
3.A storage fee of $30 per month will apply if item has not been paid and pick up in 21 days of the date noticed of completion.
4.If the item is left for more than six months of the date noticed of completion legal action may be taken to recover cost.
5.Warranty is void if a Qualified Technician does not install the parts.
6.Warranty is void if parts are misused or abused (eg overclocked or not using parts for its intended use).
7.Refunds or exchanges will only be given if the part is faulty.
8.If payment is made by check, bank transfer, or money order, items posted out or picked up only can be done once payment has cleared in our bank account.
9.If check bounces you are liable for all encored bank costs and a $30 admin fee.
10.All accounts are 7 days. Late payment of accounts will attract $30 Fee per month.
11.All parts remain the property of Bitscomp till the account is paid in full.
12.Laptop Repair Policy $70 up front fee for inspection.
13.Warranty on labour is void if Limwire, Bearshare or other damaging programs are or have been installed on the computer.
14.All personal information may be given to Government agencies at any time.
